As the creator of limited edition fine art silkscreen serigraphs, he is best known for his use of vibrant colors, exceptional detail and brilliant storytelling ability. Each of his spectacular images transcends time and space, and brings back the fondest of personal memories for Fazzino collectors all over the world. It takes a familiarity with Charles Fazzino's artistic process to truly appreciate the talent, effort, and workmanship that goes into creating an edition of art. After going through a hand-printed silkscreen process, each image is meticulously cut, glued, glittered, and assembled - again, all by hand. Each piece is an individual creation. Over the course of his twenty-year-career, Charles Fazzino's popularity has soared. He appears at over 45 one-man exhibitions and shows annually, treating thousands of fans to his one-of-a-kind signature drawings. In the midst of all of his ambitious travels, charity and promotional events, and media appearances, Fazzino finds the time to create twenty to thirty new editions each year. Best known for his whimsical, exuberant renditions of New York City, Fazzino has also immortalized locales such as Jerusalem, Munich and Atlanta, and famous sports franchises like the New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, and The Ohio State University football team. He has touched thousands with his collection of sports, animation-themed, and financial images, and he receives requests to paint new themes almost daily. Fazzino boasts a prestigious list of licensing partners including Major League Baseball Properties, The Walt Disney Company, The National Football League, The Estate of Marilyn Monroe, Hanna-Barbera, King Features, Collegiate Licensing, and Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus. Fazzino's Yankee Fever, The Wizard of Oz, Disney on Broadway, Mickeywood, Indian Summer (Cleveland Indians), Go Go Gators (University of Florida football), Hollyrock, Betty's Booping, Popeye's Swooning, and The Greatest Show on Earth have been some of his best sellers over the last few years. In addition, charity work with organizations such as Rosie O'Donnell's For All Kids Foundation, Special Olympics International, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Nurses Network have added to Charles Fazzino's endless resume of achievements. In 1998, Mr. Fazzino was selected to create an original painting to commemorate the For All Kids Foundation's first annual White Rose Awards Gala, honoring Hillary Clinton, Bill Gates, and Michael Eisner for their contributions to children's charities. The painting was auctioned off for a large sum to benefit the foundation. Fazzino's art offers unlimited appeal to people of all ages and from diverse cultural backgrounds. He has recently been referred to as the "Norman Rockwell of the modern day art world." His exciting mastery of color and movement have set him apart from his contemporaries and skyrocketed him to the top of the art world. |
