Mackenzie Thorpe

Mackenzie Thorpe is amongst the most sought after artists in the UK and the US today, and one of Off the Wall Gallery's very favourites. We have worked with Mackenzie closely for several years and his visits with us are always hugely anticipated. His worldwide reputation as an artist continues to grow on an unprecedented scale. He is an ordinary individual, from a working-class background in the north of England who has, through his art, the extraordinary ability to convey emotions and messages that speak a universal language, successfully communicating across barriers of age, class, gender and race.

His work expresses the entire range of human emotions, feelings from love, life and laughter, to struggle and adversity, challenge and innocence. He is an artist whose own life tells us that old frail dreams can become goals that are worth nurturing and working towards, that love and honesty can and will triumph over adversity.

Mackenzie Thorpe continues to tour the world exhibiting his artworks and sharing his message; Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. His artwork is a journal of his own life; yet so many lessons and truths are the same worldwide.
